Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Account settings anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.

Do you handle my investments or trades?

No. Blackfeed is software — we provide tools and analysis. Your trades execute through your own Alpaca brokerage account. We never touch your money. You are responsible for all trading decisions.

What about taxes on my trades?

Your broker (Alpaca) handles all tax reporting. They send you a 1099 at year end. Blackfeed is a software subscription — we don't report or track your trading taxes.

Is the AI investment advice?

No. AI suggestions are informational analysis, not investment advice. Always verify independently before trading. Our Terms of Service clearly state this, and you accept a risk disclaimer before using investment features.

What happens if I hit my AI query limit?

On Pro, you get 100 AI queries per month. After that, AI features pause until next month — or upgrade to Pro+ for unlimited. Your data and manual features still work.
